Shipping and Replacements

We believe in plastic-free packaging. Every hand-thrown piece is carefully wrapped in recycled paper and shipped in compostable materials, ensuring your stoneware arrives safely and sustainably for your morning oatmeal rituals.

Accidents happen. If your stoneware arrives with any damage, simply send us a photo within 48 hours, and we'll instantly replace it, no questions asked. Your heavy-bottomed mugs shouldn't wait.
